At this workshop the Agricultural Leadership Foundation of Hawaii (ALFH) is bringing
together speakers from three organizations doing related work on value add food
Corey Vicens: UH Maui Food Innovation Center
Lauren Tamamoto: KCC Culinary Arts Innovation Center
Marisa Wall: USDA Pacific Basin Ag Research Center
Following their presentations these three will be joined by local Value-Added
practitioners for a panel discussion on this subject.
