You can choose to participate in weekly in-person YOGA & BELLYDANCING classes &/or our remote YOGA classes (& recorded classes with a 7 day expiry). Keep an eye out for announcements of Healing Breathwork, Sound Healing & other special events!

5:45 PM Tuesdays BELLYDANCING with Kristen 
5:45 PM Wednesdays BEGINNER'S YOGA with Meaghan
5:00 PM Thursdays YOGA with Debbie (Prenatal Friendly)

6:45 PM Mondays YOGA with Arielle
7:00 PM Wednesdays YOGA with Arielle (Prenatal Friendly)
