🛡️ Saturday, Nov 8, 12pm – Survival IQ: Self-Defense, Awareness, Health & Mental Balance An offering focused on building personal safety skills, situational awareness, physical health, and mental balance for daily life.
🌬️ Tuesday, Nov 11, 6pm – Guided Meditation & Breathwork- A guided journey blending meditation and breathwork to release tension, calm the mind, and re-energize the body.
🌿 Wednesday, Nov 12, 6pm– Group Acupuncture (Outside)- Community acupuncture session held outdoors to balance the nervous system, reduce stress, and support holistic healing.
🌪️ Tuesday, Nov 18, 6pm – Community Storm Spotting Training- Learn how to safely identify severe weather conditions, understand warning signs, and support community preparedness and safety.
🔔 Wednesday, Nov 19, 6pm – Sound Bath (Inside) & Group Acupuncture (Outside): Sound Bath: Immersive sound healing using frequency and vibration for deep rest and alignment. Group Acupuncture: Outdoor community acupuncture for nervous system regulation and energy flow.
🌑 Thursday, Nov 20 – New Moon Sound Bath- A powerful sound immersion honoring the new moon—a time to release, set intentions, and align with renewal through sacred vibration and frequency.
