IB Request for Results 2024
Attention Graduating Seniors! Please complete the form below NO LATER than Friday, May 10, 2024. You have the option of sending your IB exam results to five colleges/universities for free. However, only one (1) can be in the United States, and only two (2) in Canada. If you have more than five, there is an additional fee. This form is for one college/university. If you would like to send your results to more than one college or university, please contact Mrs. Davis at: hdavis@jeffco.k12.co.us. This form is be completed by graduating seniors only.
