Membership information is held on the Currie RFC Membership Database and may be used to facilitate contact between Club members. If an application form relates to a Youth Membership, then the responsible adult signing this form consents to information being shared with the Youth Team Coach and Manager for contacting team members and for contact in case of an emergency. Members must inform the Club of changes in the details provided. The Club will not retain lapsed-members details. Membership information is used for Club purposes only. Where the membership involves players, coaches, or managers of a Currie Chieftains team some or all these details will be shared with the Scottish Rugby Union through their national registration database. Consent is also given to being contacted by email or telephone and for any photograph taken at a game or club event, being used in the Club’s social media, media reports, match-day programmes or promotional material.
Your consent is also given to Currie Rugby Football Club Ltd, its representatives, employees, volunteers, affiliated partners, and agents the irrevocable and unrestricted right to take, use, and publish photographs and/or video recordings of me (or my child, if under 18) taken during sports activities, events, practices, or competitions organized by or associated with the club.
These images may be used in print, digital, or online formats, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, websites, publications, and press releases, for lawful promotional and informational purposes.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, and I understand that I will receive no compensation for the use of these images.
