Here are a few of things you need to know about Riverfest Elora.
We have two areas where we will be placing artisans -- along the boardwalk in the main field and beside the Dine Alone Wax on Wheels stage. There is separate pricing for each: main field is $400 + HST, while Dine Alone stage is $300 + HST.
The fee includes:
• a reserved spot within the Artisan Village• festival passes for vendor employees (to a max. of 3 passes of which employee names are to be sent to Riverfest Elora in advance of the festival)• hydro for the tent
Riverfest Elora will not take any cut from sales you make at the festival. You make 100 per cent profit from your festival sales.
Please note that the festival DOES NOT PROVIDE TENTS FOR ARTS VENDORS. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN. THE TENT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 10x10.
Tent spaces in Artisan Alley will be marked off and located beside each other in a centrally-positioned row. Tents spaces will given out in a first-come, first-served basis, based on what area you have chosen (main field or Dine Alone stage). Please note that not all spots within Artisan Alley have views of the stages. More details about arrival times will be sent out to successful vendors closer to the date of the festival.
It is expected that vendors be open for the entire three days of the festival, Friday, August 16th, Saturday, August 17th & Sunday, August 18th. Gates open at 2PM Friday, around 11AM Saturday & Sunday and music ends around 11PM every night. Vendors must be on site for the entirety of the festival.
