After you've successfully completed your volunteering shift we will either:
a) Give YOU a partial refund of your entry fee if you are volunteering on Friday, then taking part on Saturday
b) Give your nominated entrant a partial refund on their entry fee if you are supporting someone taking part or
c) Make an equivalent donation to your chosen charity if you don't have a specific entrant.
Name of any charity or entrant you want to benefit from your payback (and their booking reference number if possible!) If yourself just put "myself".
Your t-shirt size. You can keep or return the t-shirt we give you, but we'd like you to wear it during your volunteering shift please.
When are you free to help?
Friday afternoon (4-10pm)
Overnight (9pm - 7am)
Saturday early morning (5am - midday)
Saturday daytime (10am - 7pm)
Saturday evening (5pm - 11pm)
All day Saturday (5am - 11pm)
Whole event (4pm Friday - 11pm Saturday, with some breaks to sleep!)

Camper or other comfortable checkpoint vehicle

Any role preference? (Flexibility is the greatest gift you can give - so if you are happy to do anything, that's ideal!)
Checkpoint (cheering people on and giving out food)
Registration, inc goody bag handout and supporting the caterers with serving and tidying the stew supper.
Photography/ film making
Would you like to bring any food/baking for the event? If so: thank you! If you can give us an idea of quantity, that's hugely helpful. Eg "12 cheese and onion rolls" or "A big cake (feeds 10)" or "A tray of about 20 flapjacks."
Where are you coming from geographically? (So we can arrange lift-sharing between volunteers)
