Grad Day and Yearbook
THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE PARTS TO THIS FORM. ONE IS FOR GRADUATION DAY AND THE OTHER IS FOR THE YEARBOOK. PLEASE COMPLETE BOTH!

The first form is what will be said as you cross the stage on Graduation Day. Below, there are some instructions and examples to help you.

The second form is the quote needed for the yearbook. This is what will be written beside your graduation photo in the yearbook.

Please complete both submissions!

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IN MAY 5. You may change them as many times as you like before May 5. After that, the quotes cannot be changed.

Your Graduation Quote will be read as you walk across the stage when you are receiving your Diploma.
Keep it to a maximum of 125 characters, including spaces.

Note: The Last Day to submit or alter quotes will be on Friday May 5th!

Note: Inappropriate or offensive statements will be removed! Any altered quotes on Graduation Day will NOT be read!

Examples for your Graduation Quote
Example Type 1: Your Future Plans
<(Your First Name)> will be attending RDC to pursue a degree in the Bachelor of Commerce Program specializing in Accounting.

Example Type 2: A Thank You
<(Your First Name)> would like to thank all of her teachers and especially thank her mom and dad. She is extremely grateful to have made so many good friends during her time here at Thurber.

Example Type 3: Any Quote
<(Your First Name)> believes, "Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough!"

Example Type 4: Humorous
<(Your First Name)> would like to thank her arms for always being by her side, her legs for always supporting her, and her fingers for always being able to count on them.

Example Type 5: No Quote - A “Petrie” Quote
After graduation, <(Your First Name)> would like to grow up to be just like Mr. Petrie.
