Cohort B (in school Tues & Fri) Take Home Meals Order- Only for Cohort B
Please allow 5 school days notice for us for your to go meals.
Meals will be sent home with your student at the end of the day for the following days they are not in schools.
Meal kits include breakfast and lunch for each day. Tuesday take home Wed & Thurs meals. Friday take home Mon. meals.
Filling out this forms signs you up for ongoing meals. You must contact us to cancel.
