Albert Lea Figure Skating 2022 Fall Registration Form
Welcome!! We are extremely excited to get this new season started. It's going to be another great year on the ice and we can't wait to see the skaters again!

Please complete this form to register your skater for the 2022-2023 Albert Lea Figure Skating Club Season.

Please complete this form to sign your skater up for a private, semi-private, or group lesson no later than Monday, August 30th.

If you want your skater to have more than one lesson you will need to complete this form for each lesson.

IF YOU DO NOT complete this form, you will not be allowed to skate. We are required to register every skater with Learn to Skate USA.

ALFSC Membership Fee: $100.00 for 1st child, $50.00 for 2nd child, and $25.00 for 3rd child plus the USFSA Fee $60.00 or Learn to Skate USA Fee $18.00   

Lesson Fees:
Private Lesson is $25.00
Semi-Private Lesson is $20.00
Group/Tiny Tots(ages 3-5) Lesson is $15.00

****MANDATORY Orientation for skaters and parents will be held at the Albert Lea City Arena on Monday, August 8th at 7pm or Wednesday, August 24th at 7pm.****
