48th Ward Community Response Team Volunteer Sign-Up
As we build a community response plan to address COVID-19, we are looking for neighbors to volunteer to support older adults living independently in the 48th Ward. Right now, that will mean daily check-ins by telephone and email. As time goes on, we may need volunteers to assist with other tasks. If you are interested and able to volunteer for daily check-ins, please complete this form and we will be in touch with more information soon. **Please note we have nearly 500 volunteers (which is incredible!!). It is taking us some time to screen each volunteer. Please be patient, we will be giving you a phone call soon.**
