CLAYPOLE CINEMA CLUB - Membership Form
We aim to screen 1 film per month, of differing genres, and potentially more as we tie in with other community groups and gain new volunteers. We are happy to take requests if you think there is a classic everyone would like to watch or if you have a favourite seasonal movie. 
The nature of the licensing is such that we are only allowed to advertise the films within the membership but please spread the word amongst your friends and family. Membership lasts for 12 months and costs £10 per person and £25 for a family (1 adult + 3 children or 2 adults + 2 children) and you can add additional children to a family membership for £5 each. Once we receive your membership form, we will add you to our mailing list so that you receive details of upcoming screenings. You will receive your membership card at the first screening you attend.
Your information will be held on file by Claypole VH purely for the purposes of Claypole Cinema Club for as long as you are a member and will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
