Please complete all fields and submit form.  REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL $150 REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID.   Payment options:   Mail check payable to Columns Banquet Center, 713 N 4th Ave, Altoona PA 16601. or request an invoice and we will provide you with a payment link to pay online.  

We understand that you may have a preferred location, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that every vendor will get their preferred space. 

This is meant as an opportunity for vendors to showcase their products. Samples are allowed, but please no sales unless it is booking an event.
