Fill out the form below to become a registered parishioner at St. Aedan's Church.

You must be a registered parishioner for St. Aedan's to certify you as an actively practicing Catholic, or for St. Aedan's to provide you with the Certificate of Eligibility needed to be a sponsor for Baptism and / or Confirmation. Letters of good standing can only be issued to those who have been registered parishioners for at least three months. 

​Note that receiving the sacraments at St. Aedan's or attending St. Aedan's school does not automatically make you a registered parishioner. You must fill out the registration form to be a registered parishioner.

Complete el siguiente formulario para convertirse en un feligrés registrado en la Iglesia de St. Aedan.

Debe ser un feligrés registrado para que St. Aedan's lo certifique como católico practicante activo, o para que St. Aedan's le proporcione el Certificado de Elegibilidad necesario para ser patrocinador del Bautismo y/o Confirmación. Las cartas de buena reputación sólo se pueden emitir a aquellos que hayan sido feligreses registrados durante al menos tres meses.

​Tenga en cuenta que recibir los sacramentos en St. Aedan's o asistir a la escuela de St. Aedan's no lo convierte automáticamente en un feligrés registrado. Debe completar el formulario de registro para ser un feligrés registrado.
