we are sorry that due to the Covid-19 related travel restrictions put in place your travel plans with Air Rarotonga were upended or you decided to change your travel plans.

Flexible Fares (Fare classes starting with letters B,V and Y are eligible for a full refund or can be held in credit for travel up to 365 days from the date your original travel is cancelled due to Covid-19 related circumstances.

We are doing our best to facilitate your refund - due to the unprecedented number of requests refund processing may take up to one month plus any delays banks may experience.

All other fares can be held in credit for up to to 365 days from the date from the date your original travel is cancelled due to Covid-19 related circumstances. All change fees will be waived for this period.

We are working through all forward bookings up to April 30 to cancel them and automatically convert them to travel vouchers. You can request a refund using this form if any of your flights had flexible fares.

For bookings made through travel agents, online travel agents (such as Expedia, One Travel and Cheap-O-Air) please contact your travel agent or Online Travel Agency site as they hold your payment until after you have traveled and they also own your reservation so we can not cancel them ourselves.

There is no need to enter your credit card details in this form, we can only refund to the same card that was used for payment. If you card is no longer valid please add this to the comments.
