What I Decided and Why Speaker Series: A Conversation with Dr. Ellen Ochoa
Join us for a discussion on leadership and life in space with Dr. Ellen Ochoa, who will share lessons from her career at NASA as a senior government executive, astronaut and engineer. Prior to her role as Director of NASA’s Johnson Space Center from 2013 to 2018, Dr. Ochoa was the first Hispanic woman to go to space. She has flown in space four times and logged nearly 1,000 hours. Dr. Ochoa is passionate about encouraging females and minorities to pursue technical fields.
