You will notice that we are not asking for an address. State Policy dictates that we only transport students to their home of record. Because this information is imported nightly from the schools, we do not need this information. If the address that the school has for your student is not correct, it will need to be changed at your student's campus. Only the address on file with the school will be used for Transportation.
Also, with our new routing software, we will offer a feature called Ride 360. This is a "parent portal" for your student's transportation assignments and schedule. Information on logging in to the program will be provided. This will allow to see only your specific students routing information. This will also be a convenient way for us to get messages to parents about changes, delays, and things of that nature. Please make sure the email address and cell phone number given are accurate.
