Vendor Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for this year's 2020 Walk/Run for Funds supporting Safe Space Inc., sponsored by Walking in Heels, LLC,.
Our walk will take place in Franklinton Park on October 31st from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. The registration fee is $30. Each vendor will be responsible for providing their own table & chairs.
Thank you for being apart of local and national social change efforts by being apart of the domestic violence movement. Each dollar raised will benefit the lives of domestic violence victims across Franklin County and surrounding areas. Together, we can end domestic violence.

You agree to the standards and conditions that you will be responsible for providing your own table & chairs, along with wearing facial masks while interacting with the public.
