Lake View Elementary is a K-5 school in the center of Brigham City, UT.  We have a high percentage of students with physical needs.  We are looking for people or businesses that are interested in donating to families in need, especially at the holidays, Back to School, or approaching summer.  If you would be willing to help out, or donate to one of these things, please fill out this form.  A receipt for your donation will be given after the donation is made.
