Please fill out this form to inquire about holding an event at Blue Stallion Brewing, filling out this form does NOT guarantee your reservation. You must submit a deposit to confirm your reservation, we will be in touch to confirm. 

Blue Stallion Brewing – Event Space Reservation Policy

We offer two unique spaces available for private reservation:

Available Spaces

1. Loft Area

  • Seating: 15 | Standing Capacity: 20

  • Includes a television with HDMI connection, leather couch, and hi-top tables.

2. Upper Lounge + Loft Area

  • Seating: 45 | Standing Capacity: 70

  • Includes all loft amenities

  • Additional seating

  • Access to dart boards

  • Uni-sex bathroom access

Please note: This space does not include access to the pool table room.

Reservation Duration

  • All reservations are in 4-hour blocks

Reservation Fees

Monday–Wednesday

  • Loft or Upper Lounge: No reservation fee

  • No minimum bar tab

Thursday–Sunday

  • Loft OR Upper Lounge:

    • Reservation Fee: $25

    • Minimum Bar Tab: $225

  • Loft & Upper Lounge (combined space):

    • Reservation Fee: $75

    • Minimum Bar Tab: $450

Reservation fees must be paid in full to secure your booking.

Minimum Bar Tab Policy

  • The minimum bar tab is the total spent by your group during the event on food, beverages, and merchandise.

  • This is not a cap—you may exceed the minimum, but are responsible for the full amount spent.

  • This policy helps us ensure revenue equivalent to normal business operations.

  • We appreciate your understanding and support.

Food Policy

  • Our in-house kitchen, Yearling Pizza, can handle most catering needs including appetizers, full meals, and specialty pizzas. You can reach out to them directly at yearlinglex@gmail.com to inquire about catering for your party.

  • You may bring outside desserts (e.g. cake) for your event.

  • A small folding table for food setup is available upon request (with advance notice).

  • Please note: Tablecloths are not provided.

Decorations & Setup Policy

  • You're welcome to decorate, but all decorations and materials must be removed after your event.

  • A $25 cleanup fee will be charged for any items left behind.

  • Do not use duct tape, thumb tacks, or any materials that may damage surfaces.

  • Use of the loft television for slideshows or presentations (via HDMI) requires prior approval.
