About us! ✅
We are the Concordia Precious Plastic Project, or CP3, our goal is to implement a plastic repurposing program at Concordia University where type 1, 2 plastic and PLA will be repurposed into 3D printing filament! That's right, we want to take those old plastic bottles that would sit in a landfill or pollute our oceans and turn into filament so we can 3D print new items for students, the university, and the Montreal community as a whole.

What we need! ✅
We are currently looking for new members to fit the roles defined below, and would love to meet you. Please do not feel like you must know everything about the position to register. We meet once a week through zoom, and you will be assigned a team member to work with you and help develop those skills. If you're not sure on what position, we are more then willing to discuss with you and find the best fit.

Positions you can apply for (please only choose a maximum of 2): *

Content Creator: Create posts for our social media channels, learn about digital marketing analytics, create Youtube videos, Instagram IGTV and Reels about topics that interest you about plastic waste.

Reporters: Reporting the latest news and information about plastic (e.g. Writing articles for our website). Interview consumers, manufacturers and recycling facilities about plastic waste.

Researchers: Conduct research about plastic, open to whichever area interests you in that topic. (Example: the history, environmental impact, cultural aspects, chemistry amongst other branches of plastic.). Use this research to create content (e.g. Youtube videos, webinars/events, write articles, etc.)

Business: Research revenue streams, the market for them, and discuss with the design team the product feasibility. Find sponsorships and collaborations with any organization.
