  1.  Scanned/ Soft Copy passport size picture
  2.  Scanned Birth certificate
  3.  Scanned Form 137/ Transcript of Record
  4.  Marriage Certificate (If applicable)
STEP 4: RECEIVE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM AS PROOF OF ENROLLMENT
