Jewish Museum Adult Group Tour Request Form
Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to the Jewish Museum! This form is to gather the basic information about your group so that we can start the confirmation process with you. Please complete all required fields.
Please note that this is ONLY a request form and all requests are subject to availability.
You will receive a confirmation of your completed booking from our Education Department within 3 – 5 business days with the subject line “Jewish Museum Booking Confirmation”. Do not send any payments before receiving this confirmation from the Museum.

The Jewish Museum is located at 1109 Fifth Avenue at 92nd Street.

Museum visits are offered Sunday through Friday starting at 11 am.

All group tour rates include general admission to the Museum. On days when the galleries are open to the public, group visitors are welcome to explore the rest of the Museum after their tour. Group members will receive a 10% discount at the Museum’s Shop on the day of their visit.

Groups that visit on Wednesdays when the Museum is closed to the public will only have access to the exhibition space where their tour is scheduled. The other galleries will remain closed. The Museum’s Shop is open from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm on Wednesdays.

The Museum recommends scheduling a visit at least 4 weeks in advance. Payment must be received at least two weeks prior to the visit. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
