* You must complete this form for EACH school/scholarship/individual in which you are sending a transcript.
* If the transcript is for Dual enrollment classes - those are free - just check with your counselor.
*An OFFICIAL transcript with the school seal must be sent directly to a college or university. Official transcripts  usually cannot be given to a student or parent.
An UNOFFICIAL transcript is any transcript that is hand-carried.  It does not have the school seal.  It is for your personal use.
