Clearwater's Great Hudson River Revival - Artisanal Food & Farm Market (AFFM) Information Request Form
The Artisanal Food & Farm Market (AFFM) at the Clearwater Festival is an excellent opportunity for local farmers and small-scale food processors that grow, raise, and/or process good, clean, fair & local food to sell their products and promote their business. We will continue to open the AFFM to food and farming nonprofits that are not selling food or farm products and who would like to spread the word about their organization and mission.

Please review the following details before requesting more information or an application to become an AFFM vendor/exhibitor.

Exhibition Details and Specifications:
-Standard booth space is 10' x 10'.
-Location of display is solely within Clearwater's discretion.
-Display materials must conform to designated space.
-There is limited electricity available for AFFM vendors/exhibitors.
-Display materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor, including pop-up tent, tables & chairs.
-Confirmed registration includes the following: Listing on festival website (if registered and paid before March 16); exhibitor passes; parking passes.
-No portable generators will be permitted.
-Vendor/Exhibitor Participation is subject to approval by the Clearwater Festival. We do not guarantee exclusivity of products/services in any Vendor/Exhibitor category.
-All AFFM vendor/exhibitor groups are required to comply with our Zero Waste program.
-All AFFM vendor/exhibitor groups are required to provide proof of liability insurance.

Registration and Set-up:
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Friday, June 15, 2018(exact Friday set-up time TBD)
6:30 AM - 8:00 AM Saturday, June 16, 2018

Exhibit Hours:
9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018
9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Sunday, June 17, 2018

-Vendors are allowed to camp near their booth.
-All tents must be taken down and cars off the festival grounds by 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
-Campsites are also available in the campgrounds Friday through Sunday night. Some campsites in the campgrounds have fire pits available for cooking.
-Fires are only allowed in campground fire pits.
-Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for their own food. Food vendors sell a variety of foods on Saturday and Sunday during festival hours (9AM-8:30PM).
-A limited number of RV sites (with electrical and water hookups) are available by reservation only and fill up quickly. Please call the Clearwater Office (845-265-8080 x7112) for details and availability.
-Clearwater provides limited "Peacekeeper" security and 24-hour first aid for festival and vendor/exhibit areas throughout the weekend.
-No pets are allowed on the festival site, except certified guide dogs.
