2026 INSHAPE Partnership Registration
Please submit the following information regarding your needs for a partner showcase booth at INSHAPE conference November 2026 in Indianapolis.  Conference will be held at The SportZone Indy on November 5-6, 2026. 

Can't make it to conference but still want to be a partner? Sign up for the non-conference partnership which aligns with the 2026-2027 school year. 

Please email Ryan Macy at conference@indianashape.org with your preferred logo for INSHAPE to use on our website and social media. 

All partner submissions are subject to approval by our INSHAPE Board of Directors.

Do you need electrical power to your booth? An additional $100 charge for Bronze and Silver level will be billed separately.  Gold level is complimentary power but please mark whether you need it or not.  *
