FHFHA Coaching Application 
This form will act as an application to be part of a coaching staff for the 2025-26 Hockey Season.
Please fill this out in its entirety so the coach selection committee can do its work in the selection process.
FHFHA will be looking to require every bench staff member to complete the Respect in Sport course,  Keeping Girls in Sport. This is a great resource on coaching young female athletes.  

All applicants for coaching positions will be expected to participate in our tryouts. Mostly assisting with on ice skills drills and coaching (opening doors/maintaining shift lengths) for teams that are not in your selected age division.
