GLOBE Working Groups Nomination Form
This form can be used to nominate a person for an open GLOBE Working Group positions. Please submit a completed form no later than 9 October 2023 at 12:00 pm MT (USA) / 6:00 pm UTC. Nominees must submit completed applications and the Applicant Approval Form by 26 October 2023 at 12:00 pm MT (USA) / 6:00 pm UTC (extended deadline). 

In 2024, the following Working Group positions are available:

Africa Region:
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility -- one representative from the Africa Region
  • Education Working Group – one at-large (open to all GLOBE Regions) representative
  • Science Working Group – one representative from the Africa Region
Asia and Pacific Region:
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility -- one representative from the Asia and Pacific Region
  • Education Working Group – one at-large (open to all GLOBE Regions) representative

Europe and Eurasia Region:

  • Education Working Group – one representative from the Europe and Eurasia Region ­Region
  • Education Working Group – one at-large (open to all GLOBE Regions) representative

Latin America and Caribbean Region:

  • Education Working Group – one at-large (open to all GLOBE Regions) representative
  • Technology Working Group – one representative from the Latin America and Caribbean Region

Near East and North Africa Region:

  • Education Working Group – one at-large (open to all GLOBE Regions) representative
  • Science Working Group -- one representative from the Near East and North Africa Region
  • Technology Working Group – one representative from the Near East and North Africa Region

North America Region:

  • Education Working Group – one at-large (open to all GLOBE Regions) representative
  • Technology Working Group – one representative from the North America Region
Before you nominate someone, please refer to the  GLOBE Working Groups webpage for the Working Group Member requirements, Terms of Reference, and current membership to ensure that the nominee can serve their term (up to 3 years).
