Hello! We are HEAL Plus NM (Health Equity Alliance for LGBTQ+ New Mexicans) and our community of LGBTQ+ people have asked for a provider list so we can find affirming care in many service areas. We consider an LGBTQ+ family to be any family with one or more member who identifies as LGBTQIA2s+.
We started Bright Spaces, Welcome Places Directory for mental health agencies in 2017. We list *agencies* to after an interview process and a review of the agency’s policies, training, and environment.
We are expanding Bright Spaces to include a list of individual providers in a variety of service sectors and simplifying the process.
By filling out this form, you are identifying yourself as a provider of
services to LGBTQ+ people and their families. By filling out this form you are attesting that you are committed to gender, sexuality and racial justice in our communities.
This form takes and estimated 10 minutes to fill out.

This list is for providers only, but if you have an agency or community resource you would like to share with members of the LGBTQ+ community, please submit them to us here.
A request for annual updates will be emailed to you each January for the most up-to-date contact information and self-attestation. To remain active on our list you will need to fill out the form every year. Thank you for serving our communities!
