The first Asia Pacific Social Forum event (APSF)  has taken place 18-20 February  2022 with over 40 self organized activities on line.
This has been a first step in the building of a APSF  process which is ongoing 
APSF2024 has been  upgraded in  WORLD SOCIAL FORUM  event with in person and online participation modalities in Nepal on 15-19th february 2024  with over 400 activities https://www.wsf2024nepal.org/activities  and 1300 organizations  https://wsf2024nepal.org/organization-registered-in-wsf

TCS are meant for focused interactions around invitations to "activities of intercommunication"  ( eg a webinar, a local meeting) , announced after wsf2024. Organizations present  in a TCS can share  invitations about activities, or react  and show interest for some such invitations.

130+ presences : TCS8 Social Movements Civic Space and Future of World Social Forum
120+presences : TCS9 Land, Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, Energy and Natural Resources
100+presences : TCS10  Labour, Migration, Modern Slavery and Trafficking
90+ presences:  TCS11  Gender, Sexuality and Identities, and Gender based violence
40+  presences : TCS12 Communication, Social Networks and Media (Digital Equality)
120+ presences : TCS13. Women, Children, Youth, Adolescent, Aging people and Persons with Disabilities

APSF 2025 TCS are ALIGNED WITH THEMES of WSF2024, https://wsf2024nepal.org/theme   

C/  Participants in Asia pacific social forum open space are deemed to be in broad agreement with the World social forum principles . 
These principles are positionning the APSF process as intercommunication process between participant organizations held in an open space , gatheting participants that share a set of generic values and goals see  the WSF  principles here :  https://www.asia-pacific-social-forum.org/wsf-charter-of-principles/ 

TCSs are a digital implementation of APSF open space. In each TCS there is presence of facilitators  sharing information about what is APSF and how to participate in it  and stimulating exchange of invitations in self organized activities  betwen  participants present

- with thematic focus ( eg WSFI world social forum of intersections  with a significant presence of africa based organisations : https://intersectionsglobal.net/fsmi/liste-des-entites  and possbility to announce activities anytime anywhere
and
- "in the WSF"  strictly speaking, which is the process landmarked by WSF events,  such as WSF2024 in Kathmandu , with a next WSF 2026 event announced in Cotonou  ( Benin Africa) in   4 to 8 august 2026
