Virginia Progressive Leadership Project Candidate Training Sept 29-30 2018
VAPLP will offer the very first alumni candidate training weekend. During this training, we will assist potential candidates with building campaigning infrastructure that will help guide candidates to election day. The training will help potential candidates create a timeline and plan, with clear benchmarks. We will provide prompts and materials for candidates to become experts on their race and create a safe space for candidates to ask questions and express concerns.

The training will be facilitated by VAPLP in conjunction with Jessica Byrd from Three Point Strategies.

The training is only open to VAPLP alumni and free.

Application due: Sept 7th. You will be notified of your acceptance. As with all of our work we will prioritize applicants who have been historically underrepresented in Virginia leadership.
