The Moving Ahead Financial Empowerment Course is a 4-week offering from SAFE in the Bitterroot, Ravalli County Head Start, and the Bitterroot Library. The material is based on the Moving Ahead Financial Empowerment Curriculum from Allstate.
Facilitators include Syble Solomon, financial educator extraordinaire and founder of Money Habitudes and LifeWise Strategies, attorney Melanie D'Isidoro, and advocates from SAFE in the Bitterroot. We will focus on healing our relationships to money, understanding financial abuse, learning financial fundamentals, building financial foundations, creating savings strategies, and exploring money joy!
The sessions will be held at Ravalli County Head Start in Hamilton on August 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th from 5:30-7pm. We will follow up with more detailed information about the room number and parking once we've received your registration.
The class is completely free of charge. Snacks, materials, and childcare will be provided. Attendance in all sessions is not required, but recommended.
