2025 SACRAMENTO AUSSIE RULES FOOTBALL OPEN DAY REGISTRATION

Tackle Open Days: These FREE sessions are active, informational, and will get you ready to play in our upcoming competitive, mens or womxns, Metro League which starts in June. We will go over game basics like scoring, positions, game play, safety and sportsmanship . We will review and practice the basic skills of kicking, marking, handballing, and tackling. We will finish off with some drills and scrimmaging. Cleats/boots and mouthguards are recommended but not required. Pre-registration is helpful but not required, please bring your friends!
