Kiwanis Family Tailgate Registration!
This year, on Friday August 12th, 2022, the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan District of Circle K will be holding a picnic to bring the branches of the Kiwanis Family together for a night of delicious food, Cornhole, bingo, and more! The picnic will take place at Rolling Meadows Golf Course in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Transportation will be provided from the hotel if necessary. Please fill out this form by the August 5th, 2022 if you wish to purchase a ticket for dinner, however tickets are not required to attend this event.
