Use this form to consent to our student transportation policies and request transportation for the 2022-2023 School Year. Please fill out this form and submit by Friday, June 3.

** This form is required, even if you previously completed transportation information via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, on-line registration, or paper registration packets. **

*Please note that if you have an Exchange Student, Tuition Student or a Lottery Student from outside the WCUUSD, you are required to provide your own transportation to and from school.
