Payment of Fees
• Fees must be paid before the start of the masterclass.
• The fee for the masterclass is the responsibility of the individual attending the masterclass. For sponsored delegates, the individual need to ensure that the organisation will have enough time to process the payment, that the payment are made and that a proof of payment are send. Proof of Payment needs to be send on e-mail to
ursula.dillner-dangor@wits.ac.za to confirm registration.
• Mandela Institute of the School of Law, University of the Witwatersrand, reserves the right to cancel the masterclass initially advertised and offered, on the basis of insufficient demand or on any other reasonable ground. In such a case a full refund will be made.
Cancellation of a Masterclass
• Cancellation by registrant less than 1 calendar day before the start of the masterclass will result in liability for full payment of the fees.
• Cancellation by registrant more than 1 week before commencement of the masterclass will result in an administration fee of 15% of the total masterclass fee.
• The Mandela Institute from the School of Law, University of the Witwatersrand reserves the right to postpone or cancel the masterclass due to lack of demand.
• In the event of cancellation, or reasonable postponement time, all fees paid will be refunded to the person/entity that made the original payment.
