By submitting a design request and confirming the commencement of work with Tiffany’s Design, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Liability for Hours Worked

• Once your design request has been submitted, returned for confirmation, and confirmed for commencement, you are liable for any hours spent on the job regardless of completion or cancellation during the design process.

Progress Invoicing

• Proof 1 triggers a progress invoice if the design is in progress at the end of the month (EOM) or 30 days from receiving Proof 1.
• Subsequent progress invoices are issued every EOM or 30-day interval until the project is completed or terminated.

• For quotes of $2,000 or above, an upfront payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed upon.
• An invoice will be issued upon quotation acceptance.

• Invoices unpaid 14 days past the due date incur a 5% late fee, compounding at an additional 5% every 7 days.
• Failure to pay may result in legal action, with associated fees passed on to the customer.

• The customer is responsible for verifying all aspects of the proof, including spelling, grammar, layout, and design, before approval.

• Errors in approved artwork are the customer’s responsibility, including correction and reprint costs.

• Customers are solely responsible for approvals related to Copyright, Trademark, and Licensing Agreements.

• Artwork remains the property of Tiffany’s Design until full payment is received.

• Artwork must be approved with an authorized signature or written confirmation before entering production.
• Approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered.

• Any emails and any attachments may contain confidential and privileged information. Unauthorized review, use, disclosure, or distribution is prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient, please contact Tiffany’s Design immediately and delete all copies of this message.
