I understand that this pre payment is a confirmation of booking and is not refundable.

I understand that I must provide 2 weeks written notice to Ignite Minds office if i cease care so that I can use up my prepaid care.

I understand that my eligibility for CCB and CCR can change and any changes reported to Centerlink will change the amount of pre payment due.

I understand that Ignite Minds only accepts automatic Direct Debit and Credit Card payment methods
