The leaders of the Action Coalition on Technology and Innovation for Gender Equality have prepared a joint statement that was launched during the 77th UN General Assembly, to call for gender equality to be placed at the heart of the Global Digital Compact (GDC).
The objective is to make this statement an open call that can be joined by any organization or individual that wishes to advocate for an open, free and equal digital future.
All the commitment makers and their networks are invited to join forces and voices to make sure the principles included in the statement are reflected in the inputs to be submitted for the development of the GDC.
