2024 Cowboy Christmas Market (Corners, electric and trailer spaces are sold out)
Note: As our costs have continued to increase,  particularly at the Archer venue, we have had to increase our pricing slightly. We have had to adjust our prices to keep bringing you quality shows- it is  NOT something we wanted to do, but we had no choice. We appreciate your understanding. 

Saturday, December 14, 2024  from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday December 15, 2024 10:00am – 3:00pm
This is a two day event and the vendor must commit to being on site for the duration of both days. 
Early bird shopping will be from 9-10am Saturday, December 14, 2024, all vendors must be on site no later than 8:45am Saturday December 14, 2024

Application deadline: 5pm, November 14, 2024, no refunds will be given after 5pm,

Since this our last year on the second weekend, we are doing our best to get as many vendors into the show as possible, therefore; vendors are limited to one space each for the 2024 event, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate trailers or vehicles on the main floor this year. If you truly need a second space, please mark the appropriate box in the space request area and we will evaluate on a case by case basis. 
Vendor spaces are approximately 10x10 (one space per vendor)-vendor spaces assigned at the discretion of the show coordinators and will NOT be changed.
One 8 foot table and 2 chairs are provided.
Spaces are available on a first come first served basis - applications are time stamped for this purpose and are processed accordingly. Spaces will be assigned by event coordinators. Special requests will not be guaranteed. Event coordinators limit name brand/direct sales/ MLM vendors (i.e. Tupperware, Color Street, Young Living, Scentsy etc.) to one vendor per show.
Payment is due no later than 14 days after receipt of invoice
, if payment is not made within 14 days, the vendor will be dropped from the show unless payment arrangements are made. No vendor space reservation will be held until the application has been approved and the invoice is paid in full. Once your application has been processed and approved, you will receive an invoice via WAVE in your email. If your application is not approved, you will receive an email indicating you have been placed on the waitlist.
Cancellation: No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after 5pm, November 14, 2024 .
Set-up times: Friday, December 13, 2024: 4pm-8pm & Saturday December 15, 2025: 7am - 8:45am
All vendors must be set-up and ready to sell by 7:45 am on Saturday and no later than 9:45 am on Sunday. Tear down will not begin until 3:15pm on Sunday. Vendors who tear down early may not be considered for future events. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space, including removing space markers from the floor.
Vendors are required to keep their displays neat and professional looking. All tables must be covered with a tablecloth or other fabric covering that is long enough to hide any stock or bags stored underneath.
Vendor parking: Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle away from the building to allow customers room to park.
Additional information: No blinking lights are permitted in vendor displays. Please minimize the distribution of scents and smells from products to allow those customers with medical conditions to shop freely.   Please do not bring young children into the vendor booths for the duration of the show, nursing infants are welcome, as are short visits from family.
Health guidelines: Please follow current Wyoming Health guidelines and be responsible by not attending if you are ill with COVID or any other contagious illness. Contact Simplicity 307 if you have any questions or concerns.
Costs : (Any applications received after November 14, 2024 will be assessed a $10 late fee)
