Downtown Chattanooga BID Board Nomination Form
As Downtown Chattanooga property owners decide if they would like to form a Business Improvement District (BID), one of the most important functions if this new district moves forward, is to form the BID Board of Directors who will make critical decisions in the seminal stages of the BID's development and subsequent year to year operations.

The BID would be governed by the BID Board comprised of property and business owners representing a wide variety of geographic sub-districts and use-types within the proposed BID area. The BID Board would consist of nine (9) to fifteen (15) members and is anticipated to be structured with the following considerations:

• Geographic representation, including a mix of north and south of 4th Street
• Use-type representation, including properties featuring office, retail, hospitality, non-profit, residential, and civic
• A mix of small and large uses property owners
• At least two business tenants that are not property owners

Board members will serve staggered three (3)-year terms and can serve a maximum of two (2) successive terms.

If you are both a property owner, business owner or homeowner in the proposed BID area and interested in serving on the BID board, please fill out the following information.
