I understand that if any injuries caused due to personal carelessness, or against trainers' instructions, Abhyaas - School of Yoga & Wellness will not be responsible.
本人明白如因個人不小心或不聽從老師指示而受傷，本校及導師無須負責，同學如有不適及受傷狀況，務必通知導師。

I understand that I need to fulfil 90% attendace to serve as one of the criteria to pass the course. 
本人明白出席率須達九成以上。

Required
If there is any situation that you cannot attend the class, Zoom will be provided for the absentee, but that should not exceed 10% of the whole course hours, i.e. 30 hours in total. If it is recorded in zoom due to student not able to attend livestream simultaneously, the recording will be kept in zoom cloud for 7 days and it is not downloadable. 

如任何學員無法出席，導師可以ZOOM為缺席者同步教學，但ZOOM教學模式只限不多於課程總時數的百分之十。如以ZOOM錄影，錄影只存放7天，並不設下載。
