25.26 CARE Moms - Student Information Sign Up
Welcome to the 25.26 CARE Moms School Year!

CARE Moms (College Age Requires Embracing) was created to support both students and their moms as they navigate the transition to college. We gather on the first Tuesday of each month, September through April (no meeting in January) at 7:00 PM in the Conference Room at Celebration. We hope you’ll join us for a time of encouragement, connection, and care.

To get started, please complete this Google Form by September 1, 2025. A separate form is needed for each student. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with a registration and payment link via Realm/OSLC. Please make your payment by September 16, 2025. The fee is $30 per student for the school year.

If you need to make any changes after submitting the form, email us at caremoms.oslc@gmail.com, and we'll make the necessary adjustments.
