Cornucopia Basics

Date: Saturday, September 29, 2018
Location: Thorpe Park, Flagstaff, AZ
Festival Hours: 10am - 9pm Saturday
Set up: Friday (9/28) 4pm-7pm (complete by: 9am Saturday)
Tear down: 9pm - 11pm Saturday (MUST be complete by 11pm!)

Vendor/Booth Prices:
Vendor $250.00 Early Reg: $200.00 (Includes retail and small food)
Non-profit $125.00 Early Reg: $100.00 (Must have 501c3 #)
Restaurant Vendor $1,000.00 (Limit of four)

Early Registration (before 08/06/2018. *Please note: payment needs to be received the week of 8/6/18.*)

Decisions on vendors are based on quality and a desire to have as broad a variety as possible.
Please include SPECIFICALLY what you will be selling as to avoid any overlap & potential loss in sales between vendors.
Vendors are required to participate and operate for the duration of the festival, rain or shine.
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
