2024 IFM Call In/Call Out
You may use this form to call out of a reserved booth space at the Pavilion (Saturday or Sunday) or Winter Market (Saturdays), or to call in for a space at the Pavilion or Winter Market (Saturdays only) if you do not already have a reserved space. Do not use this form to call in for a Sunday space at the Pavilion; that lottery is in-person at the office at 8:30 AM each Sunday morning.

The Daily Selling Fees are:
  • Saturdays at Winter Market, $30
  • Saturdays at the Pavilion, $40 (new for 2024)
  • Sundays at the Pavilion, $30
Per the Vendor Guide, Daily Selling Fees must be paid to the staff member on duty each selling day. Payments must be made before the market opens (during set-up) at the Pavilion office; during Winter Market, staff will collect the fees from each vendor.

The fee for failing to call out of a reserved space before 11:59 PM on Thursdays is $50 for each occurrence.
