When using Venmo use your name on order in subject line- ( not all Venmo names will reflect proper order) 

If paypal invoice is requested upon check out then an invoice will be sent to you. Please pay within 24 hours.

Please know all custom orders are pre-order, and will take 10 to 14 days for completion. As always, we will do our best to get you your one of a kind hat asap.

Refund and Cancellation policy 
At All-Smiles Hat co. we strive to create unique and quality products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of the custom orders, our refund policy differs from standard items. 
Custom orders are non-refundable unless item arrives damaged or defective. If item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 5 business days of delivery to initiate replacement or refund. 
Provide clear photos and descriptions of defect when contacting us.

We will review your request and assess proper measures to fix the item, replace or refund. 

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds due to customer change of mine or incorrect measurement, spelling, number provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for minor variations in color, texture, or finish that may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
