Completed Summer Reading Logs Reporting Form!
Did you (or your child) complete 1 (or more) summer reading logs? CONGRATULATIONS!

Please fill out this short  form to let us know how many they've completed! You can fill this out every time your child completes a summer reading log, or you can enter them all at once, or in batches, as long as you're telling us before summer ends on August 21st! (If this is the first time you're reporting, you can tell us the total number of forms completed to date, but if you're reporting as you go, just tell us how many logs have been completed since the last time you filled this form out!)

By reporting your child's completed logs, we'll be able to reward our readers, update our Wall of Fame, and also report the numbers of summer reading participants to the state organizations who need that information to determine allocation of resources for future summers!
