The 58th Annual NCSM Conference committee is looking for volunteers to serve as conference proposal reviewers. Proposals are open until December 5th and, based on past submissions, we anticipate having several hundred proposals.

We have a very small window of time to complete the reviews (December 12- Jan. 9). Since every proposal is reviewed by three NCSM members from the review team, we would estimate each reviewer will be assigned between 10 to 20 proposals to evaluate and it takes about 10-15 minutes to review each proposal.

We are looking for a diverse group of volunteers that represent our various professional roles and regions to review proposals this year. If you are interested in being considered for this volunteer opportunity, please complete this short form by November 21st. You will be contacted in a few weeks with an update on your status.
