Fitness Workshop #1
C5 Fitness Workshop #1 will be taking place on Thursday, November 29th, 2018, at 630pm at our facility.

This months topic will be the Fitness Assessment.

We will be discussing basic movement mechanics required to participate in a balanced fitness program. Whether you workout at home, a park, another gym, or C5, there are basic movement mechanics that you should understand, and be able to properly execute, to ensure you remain injury free, and continue to reach your goals for the long term.

You do NOT need to be a C5 Member to attend
All workshops are FREE
All workshops will be approximately 60-90min
