WRD/GRA/SWMOA Water Industry Careers Student Workshop Sign-up (Deadline 3/17/2023)

  • What: Presentation on industry expectations/history/goals/opportunities, small group networking session with invited professionals, mock interview and resume review opportunities. Hands-on tour of treatment plant facilities, field skills and introduction to wells, sponsor tabling.

  • When: April 8, 2023 9am - 3pm. Light breakfast available at 8am.

  • Where: WRD Albert Robles Center for Water Recycling and Environmental Learning 4320 San Gabriel River Pkwy, Pico Rivera, CA 90660 

  • Who: Graduate students, college students interested in groundwater engineering, water resources management, geohydrology, environmental consulting, and operations. We will have professionals and sponsors from a variety of sectors in attendance (many of whom consider this event a potential hiring pool).

  • Costs: $25/attendee to cover lunch and some fees, with an option to apply for a reimbursement. Secure payment link here: https://www.grac.org/events/490/
